Selma Trip

This is the first trip for the new year. Selma Ca - the raisin capital of the world. It only took 4 hours of driving to get here. Thank you 2013 Toyota Corolla rental car. I was able to sync my iPhone to the car's built in bluetooth technology. I was able to listen to Pandora during my drive.
Work turned out well. We had a good turn out.
Now I need to find raisins for Aiai before I head home.
This is the view from my room.

Thank you technology!

When I got back from work, the housekeeper neatly arranged my toiletries. What a service!

They also did a turn down service. That's why I choose Marriott.

This was my dessert.

Another cold morning

Another chilly morning in Sacramento today. My windshield is icy again. I am getting used to this. I am liking the process of defrosting my windshield. This time I used the credit card to scrape off the ice. It was 30 degrees when I left.

Taken last night at Gramma's house. We were playing Spot It. All of them were good but me. Can't wait for tonight's playtime.

Cold

Ice on the wind shield when I left to go to work today. We were staying at gramma's house last night since the kids have no school.

Kids snug like a bug at Gramma's bed. I hope gramma has room to sleep. Nite nite kids.

San Francisco

We took Lola and Lolo to San Francisco to show them where Tita Aiai lives.

Beautiful San Francisco skyline.

At Tita Aiai's house...

Getting ready to pick up our food

Dinner Time... Yum!

After dinner post...

Movie time - Kung Fu Panda! Nice and toasty in the living room.

In the morning, we went to the Marina District to feed the birds.

Only mommy and Lolo went out for photo op. Everyone was cold. Brrrrr....

For our last pit stop, we went to Daly City to visit Tito Jim and Tita Amparing.

In the mean time, Tita Aiai and Tito Rob are having fun in the Oahu Island. Aloha!

Indian Rock Tree Farm

Every year, on the first Saturday of December, for 15+ years now Todd and Brittany come up here to pick a Christmas Tree --- rain or shine.

For the past 2 years John and Kitty had been invited to join their tradition.

This year was raining. We still end up going.

The pictures are sorta blurry since I wrapped my phone with ziplock so it won't get wet.

We even brought Barge with us.

They found the perfect tree!

This is how far we walked.
Check out the video:

When we were done, we walked down to get some chili, hotdog and caramel apple cider. Yum!

Thanks Todd and Brittany!

This was the creek that we drove by to the tree farm.
