Here we are bright and early. John and Kitty had their bath at 5:30 am to get ready for their BIG vacation! Pete is concentrating on his driving. He can't show his big smile.
Up up and away. Here are the travelers with their back packs full of treats that they didn't know yet. We have a 5 1/2 hour flight so need to to be prepared with different activities for them.
Here they are at the shortest tram ever! They are still fascinated with how the tram works...at least for the 1 minute ride.

Finally we made it in the Hawaiian Airline plane. After getting settled in, we started cracking out some of the goodies in their back packs.
Activity #1 - Coloring/Pencil

We ended moving the kids to the back of us so they can play with their Legos that they created.
They also did some writing and coloring while they were together.
Here we are with the kids right behind us.
Three hours more to our flight, the kids were getting restless. Started to as the very famous vacation line, "Are we there yet?". That's where I pulled out my $250 brand new Windows 8 computer that I bought about month ago. That leads us to our 4th activity, Movie Time!

That movie bought us a lot of time while we were in the plane. By the time the movie was over, it was time to get ready for landing. Perfect! Just perfect!
We are finally here! Now we have to look for the rest family members that arrived. Lola and Lolo flew in from LAX. Raymund, Karina, Aiai and Rob from SFO.
