Cookie Pizza

We loved the cookie pizza we had last night at Chicago Fire that we had to copy-cat the recipe. I used the Ghiradelli Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe.


















I think everyone liked it! Yum!


Recipe:

2 sticks butter
2 eggs
3/4 c white sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 c All Purpose Flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 c chocolate chips

Whipped cream
Vanilla ice cream
Cherries


Preheat oven 375.

Prepare 4 6-inch round baking pan. Spray with PAM.

Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Set aside.

Beat butter until softened. Add egg, sugar and vanilla. Mix until combined. Add flour mixture. Mix for 2-3 mins. Add chocolate chips. Use Ghiradelli chocolate chips.

Divide the cookie dough into 4. Put in prepared baking pan.

Bake 375 degrees for 25 mins.

Add 3-4 scoops of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Add cherry on top. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
